Overview: College Preparatory Middle School in San Diego, CA, is a charter school with a college prep model, serving grades 5-8 with a capacity of 500 students. This project is a new build designed to create a modern educational environment.

Facilities: The project involves constructing a 31,000 square foot building, with 27,546 square feet dedicated to educational spaces. Richard & Richard Construction Co is handling both the architectural design and construction.

Financial Structure: The construction was financed through a 20-year Prime Lease provided by ECS. This lease-to-own financing enabled the successful development of the new school.

Completion: The new building was completed and ready for occupancy in July 2019, allowing the school to welcome students for the new academic year.
